Evidencing the date that I contacted Greystar’s Regional Manager respectively, and Greystar’s Office of the C.E.O., in an ongoing effort to seek clarity about who owns the respective dwelling, and to whom should rental payments be made.
NOTE: For my safety, until after I have vacated the Greystar managed dwelling and am in a safe environment…I am unable to display the entire email as it contains personal information such as my general location and or exact address, in that if known to the public–persons may seek to do me bodily harm.
Reference the following quote from the correspondence dated October 29, 2025, allegedly written by Greystar’s attorney; however, posted to my dwelling via another Greystar agent as evidence herein via my security camera.
The letter states:
“My client informs me that you have engaged in a pattern of written communications that have caused significant concern among both management and neighboring residents.”
Evidencing the validity of the aforementioned, in that my email as sent and received by the named parties.
Evidencing the aforementioned correspondence posted to my dwelling. Also, note the date stamp. 4:09 PM. Yet the Greystar agent takes no photos of the trash bins that according to Greystar’s directive are not supposed to be set out until 5:00 PM. In stead and in fact the agent takes great care not only to organize the bins, but also to remove debris from a neighbor’s entry way.
No statement that I have either spoken or written about my Experience(s) with Greystar is false; subsequently, there is neither slander, nor libel.
