In my city, acceptable noise levels and their corresponding times are as follows:
Sunday through Thursday:
85 dB(C) from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
60 dB(C) from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
Friday and Saturday:
85 dB(C) from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
60 dB(C) from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
